Refund & Fulfillment Policy

1. How BidBuckz works

BidBuckz is closed-loop store credit. It has no cash value and cannot be withdrawn or converted to cash. Refunds, where they apply, are made back to your BidBuckz balance, not to cash — except where the law requires otherwise.

2. If an order can't be delivered

If a book order cannot be fulfilled, or a facility rejects or returns it under its mail rules, the BidBuckz you spent will be credited back to your account. Contact us and we'll make it right.

Because delivery depends on retailers and facility mailrooms, timing varies (often several weeks). A delay alone is not a failed order.

3. Accurate recipient details

You are responsible for the recipient name, booking/ID number, and facility address you enter. If an order fails because the details you provided were wrong or incomplete, we'll help you correct and re-place it, but we may not be able to recover an already-shipped item.

4. Canceling an order

You can request cancellation of a store order before it has shipped. Once we have placed it with the retailer or it has shipped, it generally cannot be canceled. Contact us as soon as possible.

5. BidBuckz purchases

Purchases of BidBuckz convert your payment into store credit and are generally non-refundable to cash. If you were charged in error or a duplicate charge occurred, contact us and we will investigate and correct it. 6. Gifts and sends

BidBuckz you gift or send to another account is generally final once received. If a transfer was made in error, contact us promptly and we'll try to help, but we cannot guarantee reversal.
